Tim Wong's practice encompasses a wide spectrum of matters ranging from litigation to business and corporate law. His litigation practice is diverse and includes numerous business and complex commercial matters, intellectual property, unfair competition, employment, real estate, securities, and antitrust. His business and corporate practice is similarly broad and includes commercial transactions, strategic planning, intellectual property and technology, regulatory compliance, employment, securities, and general counsel for publicly traded companies, privately held entities, and start-up and emerging entities. As a result of his educational background and prior employment in the banking and high technology industries, he brings a unique perspective to the representation of the firm's clients.
