Tim Wong's practice encompasses a wide spectrum of matters ranging from litigation to business and corporate law. His business and corporate practice is similarly broad and includes commercial transactions, strategic planning, intellectual property and technology, regulatory compliance, employment, securities, and general counsel for publicly traded companies, privately held entities, and start-up and emerging entities.
