John M. Collette

Practice Experience
John Collette has the experience and insight gained over 40 years of active law practice. In 1973, after several years as a partner in a large San Francisco law firm, he became one of the founding partners of Collette Erickson Farmer & O'Neill LLP. His practice includes a wide range of work in the fields of business law, intellectual property, corporations, financing, real estate, commercial transactions and complex litigation.

He served as counsel in the representation of many emerging and established technology companies, as well as large and highly complex real estate projects (including several of San Francisco's high-rise office buildings and mixed-use developments), resort hotels, residential and commercial condominiums and subdivisions. He has extensive experience with purchase and sale transactions, partnerships, joint ventures, and debt and equity financings.
