Practice Experience
John Price brings over 20 years of experience in handling a wide range of both complex and basic corporate, general business, and intellectual property transactions. He has provided representation in connection with domestic, Pacific Rim and European corporate finance (private and public), mergers and acquisitions, technology transfers, commercial transactions, leasing, distribution arrangements, asset based borrowing, and research, development and manufacturing joint ventures. John also has advised his clients in matters relating to products liability, employment law and environmental compliance issues, among others. The client industries he has served include high technology manufacturing and development (computer hardware and software, optics, and lasers); aerospace; general manufacturing; wholesale distributors and retailers; real estate development; and health care and other service providers.
