Practice Experience
"Buck" Farmer heads the firm's business litigation and white collar criminal defense practice. He brings over 20 years of antitrust and complex criminal trial experience with the U.S. Department of Justice to his representation of the firm's clients in a wide range of business disputes, including antitrust litigation, government investigations and prosecutions of antitrust, securities and other matters, trade secret and intellectual property matters, contract claims and disputes, and other general business, securities and real estate disputes. He has represented numerous executives as separate counsel in connection with government antitrust and securities investigations and in other federal and state white-collar criminal matters. He also conducts and leads internal corporate investigations of questioned conduct by executives in securities, antitrust and suspected corporate fraud matters.
