Practice Experience
Rod Divelbiss has been engaged in litigation practice since 1981 with an emphasis on real estate issues, construction law, unfair competition, banking and property tax issues. His practice also includes representing financial institutions in a variety of matters including bad faith and forgery actions. Rod is a 1980 graduate of Hastings College of the Law, during which time he clerked with the California Supreme Court. Following graduation, Rod received an appointment to serve as a law clerk to federal judge Howard B. Turrentine. He has also served as a judge pro tem in San Francisco since 1988.
