Practice Experience
Ken Cohen's practice focuses on real estate law, especially development, land use and real property transactions. As counsel to numerous developers, he has advised clients developing projects throughout Northern California. He has also served as counsel on a broad array of real property transactions, including purchase and option transactions, sales, financings, and formation of joint ventures, limited liability companies and other investment entities.
