Practice Experience
Jake Alpren represents clients in connection with a wide variety of litigation matters, including antitrust, white-collar criminal defense, trade secret, products liability, wrongful termination, unfair competition, insurance coverage and numerous other general and complex business and commercial matters. Prior to joining Collette Erickson Farmer & O'Neill LLP, Jake clerked for the Hon. Nicholas G. Garaufis in the Eastern District of New York, and worked as an associate with Quinn Emanuel Urquhart Oliver & Hedges. As a result of his prior experience as Shanghai Bureau Chief for Associated Press-Dow Jones News Services, he speaks Mandarin Chinese fluently and brings a unique perspective to the firm's representation of its Chinese clients.
